Due to the nature of these products, variations in color, aroma, texture, and appearance may occur between batches. These natural variations do not affect the quality of the product.

2. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation and may refuse future orders.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We carefully inspect every order before it leaves our facility.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will replace the affected item at no additional cost.

4. Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information (where available).

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, import duties, taxes, customs fees, incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control.

International customers are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities. These charges are determined by your local government, and we have no control over them.
